The only thing I don't like about this product is the coloring they use--it stains my cup so I don't know what effect that may have internally. Very easy to use and I use half the recommended dosage daily and it really boosts my stamina.

Excellent multi vitamin & minerals
Love this product! I had such a hard time taking vitamins, they would have a bad taste that I would continue to burp up all morning or they would make me nauseous. This product has a citrus flavor that is not bad at all! Give you a little energy boost, If I forget to take it I can feel the difference in my energy level too! has it's own squeeze measuring cup! The only problem I have is that it is only a half months supply in a bottle, wish they would make a bigger full month supply bottle!

Poison-Free Multivitamin
Out of the hundreds of multivitamins on today's market, this is the best one I've seen. Why? Several reasons. Number one, liquid absorbs better than capsules.
