Effective Appetite Depressant I've given up coffee and have replaced my morning brew with drinking at least 2-3 cups of this tea every morning over several weeks and have noticed a substancial DECREASE in my appetite through out the day and into the evening. My appetite at night is satisfied much quicker hence making my eating portions naturally smaller. Weight loss is very slow, weight is easily maintained (even when eating what you want) and energy level is very good but not at all jittery. This is not a magic tea to make pounds just fall off, but it does seem to curb your appetite a great deal. Taste of the tea is not extraordinary one way or the other (not bad, not great... it is rather mild with no a lot of flavor). May 7, 2009

A good buy I would recommend this product to anyone and especially to those who like to drink tea. I found it helped decrease my appetite. The taste of the tea is O.K. but it does help with losing weight...slowly. May 5, 2009

Hobe Labs Col-S-Rol Slim Tea® Directions

Hot Col-S-Rol Slim Tea: Steep (1) tea bag in one cup of boiling water for 2-5 minutes to desired strength and taste. For best result, stir gently (1) minute to release natural ingredients and enjoy full flavor. Do not oversteep.

For 5-Minute Iced Col-S-Rol Slim Tea: Pour (2) cups of boiling water over one Col-S-Rol Slim Tea bag and steep 2-5 minutes as above. Remove tea bag and pour into ice filled glasses.

For (1) quart of Col-S-Rol Slim Tea, steep as above, but pour (1) quart of water over (6) tea bags. Remove tea bags and pour into ice filled glasses, adding lemon or honey to taste.
