Hodgson Mill Cookie Mix Gluten Free -- 12 oz 5 5 3 3

BEST gluten free cookies I've been gluten free for several years now and have grown accustomed to the so-so quality of the available GF cookies. A friend brought over some peanut butter chocolate chip cookies made with this mix and they were outstanding...as good as a regular cookie. I've since made them several times, the package gives directions for five different simple variations and they're good...crisp but not hard and very tasty. They are so simple to make and better than any others I've tried. Hurrah for Hodgson Mill! March 6, 2013

Great Cookies It should be your choice for a great tasting cookie, can't even tell it's gluten free. Can add a variety of ingredients to make it to your taste. It's one of those "bet you can't eat just one" type cookies. January 17, 2013

Hodgson Mill Cookie Mix Gluten Free Directions

1/2 cup butter, softened • 1 box of Hodgson Mill Gluten Free Cookie Mix • 1 large egg • 1-2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350F

In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and cookie mix. Add egg and vanilla and beat until completely blended.

Drop large rounded teaspoonfuls of dough onto a lightly greased baking sheet about 3-inches apart.

Bake at 350F for 14-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned. Yield: 24 (3-inch cookies).
