This is a great ( GI ) product!!
These crackers were originally made in Seattle, Wn by a
gentleman by the name of "Roy Rogers"--not the cowboy. He first
developed the product in the late 50's. I have been enjoying these crackers for over a half century.
I am so happy to be re-connected to Vitacost, as I had lost contact with the latest distributor.
People with Celiac Sprue, this product is a Godsend!!

I first had these crackers back in 1960 in Michigan - served at Fox & Hounds an upscale restaurant on Woodward Ave. They served them with cheddar in a crock - finally found them again about 10 years ago and now eat them with hummus, salsa, baked brie. They are wonderful.

Good cracker for what it is
I like the Holgrain products and do like this cracker. It is extremely plain and a bit delicate. On its own, very little to recommend it outside of that fact that it is gluten-free. With something on it, the flavor is actually enhanced and it is worth enjoying. It is a delicate cracker, so it's hard to spread something on it or dip it in a soup, for example. It's best for holding sliced foods or crumbling into a soup.

worst crackers I've ever eaten
these crackers are not crisp and they are like eating RAW grains of rice...they stick in your teeth and have no give...
I put them under the broiler with a brush of olive oil on them...this made them marginally more edible but it's a heck of a lot of work and they're still not good...
terrible and expensive
