Not this one I lost 75 lbs cookie dieting but not this one! This one made me hungry about 30 minutes after I ate it. Unfortunately I checked the label after I bought it is found it was SO high in carbs it made me hungry. I recommend R&D Cookie Diet or even Low Carb Cookie Diet so you don't get hungry.
