"I began to use this when I went off the pill and began to have severe hot flashes at night. Then the hot flashes came on during the day. I went back on the pill but I use this cream for 2 weeks each month. The hot flashes have stopped and I sleep through the night. I only use 1/4th of a teaspoon at night. Work with your doctor on when and how you should use the product. It is a great value and I don't have any problems with the texture of the cream. It rubs into my skin easily."

"I began using progesterone cream about 15 months ago at 1/4 tsp. for about 20 days out of each month. At first this product seemed like it was going to be a life saver for me, but last winter it seemed to stop working.

Perhaps I just need a higher dose but I am going to try a different brand and see if that helps.

This is the best priced product I know of because you get two jars and it does produce improvement, at least for a little while."

Home Health Femgest® Progesterone Cream Directions

Rub ¼-½ teaspoon into the palms of your hands, soles of your feet or other soft areas of skin once or twice daily.

Ingredients: Purified water, cetyl alcohol, stearic acid, glyceryl stearate, tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), cetostearyl alcohol (and) ceteareth-20, C12-15 alkyl benzoate, glycerin, progesterone, trolamine, keratin amino acids, polysorbate 80, 2-phenoxylethanol, carbomer, cocos nucifera (coconut) oil, prunus amygdalus dulcis (sweet almond) oil, citrus grandis (grapefruit) seed ectract, diazolidinyl urea (and) iodopropynyl butyl carbamate, citrus medica limonum (lemon) peel oil, panthenol, BHA, aloe barbadensis leaf juice, sodium chloride and sodium hyaluronate.

Warnings

This product contains Progesterone, a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer. Consult with you physician before using this product. Not for use by pregnant or nursing women.
