YES!
This is nice eye liner. It has lasted a while. Dark blue in color and it doesn't smudge or budge too easily. Good value for the cost without all those chemicals that are typically found in mainstream make-up.
I say YES - u can't go wrong with a navy blue eye liner.

Great eye liner and no chemicals!
This eye liner goes on smoothly and stays put. I haven't tried it at the beach yet but I feel it will do well. The navy color is just right. I love that I can get this product that has no dangerous chemicals in it and the price is right. I am going to try the grey color "smoking gun" next.

Great for my sensitive eyes
Easy to put on and does not irritate my eyes. I love the color, which is a blue-green. I have hazel eyes and it looks great. I wish it wasn't made in China, but it's the only pencil eyeliner I have been satisfied with.

Great eye liner
This eye liner is a pencil, but is creamy enough that it is not stiff and uncomfortable to use. It lasts well, the ingredients are safe, and the color is nice. Its the only eyeliner I use now.
