Seems to help with hunger... I like this product....It seems to help with hunger....I would say at least try it...and see how it works for you:) I like it also because this particular hydroxycut product has no stimulants or caffeine....so no jitters or anxiety!:) Have a happy day! Take 1 serving (2 softgels) with a glass of water three times daily, approximately 30 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner.
