"Don't be fooled by the description of "salts", they are NOT salty... they just dissolve like salt. (As a matter of fact, they are sweet!)
All the Hyland 'Salts' are a must for basic health and work fast and effectively.
I take them regularly and found them to be invaluable.
I started out with 3 different 'salts', I now have almost all 12.

"I bought silicea to aid in metal feelings and also for pimples and nail breakage. It is a great all around product the whole family uses. I have used it several times but have it mostly for standby for when problems arise. I recommend having it on hand."

Hyland's #12 Silicea 30x Directions

Adults & Children ages 6-12: 4 tablets.
Children Ages 1-6: 2 tablets.
Dissolve under tongue 3 times a day. Use more frequently (every 15 minutes for up to 8 doses) with acute conditions.

Ingredients: Silicea 30X HPUS in a base of Lactose, N.F.
