Great for kids
My kids love this stuff! I use it anytime they get a bump of any kind and they stop crying as soon as they see me reach for it. I have an 8 month old and a 3 year old and between them they've only had one bruise and that was because I didn't have the arnica with me. The tablets melt very quickly so you don't have to worry about them holding them in their mouth. Makes it easier for little ones :).

Nothing works better for bruising
I bruise easy so I keep Arnica around for anything that might result in a bruise. They clear up so much faster.

Hyland's is a reputable brand. I was using numbers of other remedies in the past, and was always satisfied.

I love my arnica and so do my horses. Before and /or after a ride, barn chores, pains,strains. Best way is to take it before any heavy physical work so I don't get sore. I love homeopathic remedies.
