Works so well for our kids. There are a couple of really rough flu nights each season when we choose to give ibuprofen for fever relief. Great Product!!! These tabs work great on our whole family ages 18mo, 3yo and 2 adults they do not tast bad. They have the same taste as all the other hyland's tabs. The only ones I have noticed have taste that isn't slightly sweet are the cell salts as they're a little salty, go figure. We have turned to these tabs many times this past winter with great success. Taste Bad This product I thought would be great because my daughter loves to take these little desolvable pills all day if she could but these she does not like! I am asuming that they taste bad.............. June 11, 2009

Children ages 2-5: Dissolve 2 tablets under tongue every 15 minutes for up to 8 doses until relived ; then every 4 hours as required.
Children ages 6-11: Dissolve 3 tablets under tongue every 15 minutes for up to 8 doses until relieved; then every 4 hours as required.
Children 12 years and older: Dissolve 4 tablets under tongue every 15 minutes for up to 8 doses until relieved; then every 4 hours as required or as recommended by a health care professional.
