Works great My husband suffers from severe leg cramps, especially in the summer when he is outside so much. This really helps with my leg cramps. A few years ago I started having charley horses at night. The screaming kind. The kind you think you are going to die if the pain doesn't stop soon. My doctor told me to drink tonic water for the quinine. Didn't do anything. Friends told me to drink pickle juice, eat mustard, put a bar of soap in the bed, keep a metal spatula near the bed to place on the cramp. Tried them all.
