I bought this for an elderly friend who takes a lot of drugs for various problems and has cramps in bed, I wanted to give him a natural product and this works.

Very helpful
I had a compressed disk in my lower back which caused severe leg cramping, and I could not get comfortable enough to sleep more than two hours a night. Once I started using this product, I was able to sleep again. I still use it when my back or leg cramps up at night.

It really works, fast!

Relief at Last
I have suffered for years with nightly leg cramps. My sister introduced me, several years ago, to "Leg Cramps" ,as I am not one for RX medications. My first use during the night proved I had found a great product. I have highly recommended it to family and friends, who suffer with night leg cramps, and the attest to the same great reuslts. When I told my doctor what I was using, he asked to examine it and approved of it immediately. NOTHING works like Hyland's leg cramps!

What a relief
I have been using Hylands since my kids were little (25 years!) I sometimes get cramps from swimming or beach walking. My 83 year old mom has been suffering with leg cramps and we both think this is great stuff!
