Great remedy for foot and leg cramps
I used to get horrible leg and foot cramps in the night --- the kind that force you to jump out of bed to put weight on the foot for relief. Taking Mag Phos cell salts daily prevents this cramping. Staying hydrated is also important, but #8 assures me of a pain free night.

Great product!!
I like to use the MagPhos after a chiropractor treatment or massage or if I have strained my muscles I use it before I go to sleep at night. It works great to relax my muscles and relieve the pain and tension.
