works for me
I like this stuff. I am 49 and going through the perimenopausal stuff... This works for the crampy feeling in the lower abdomen when my period is on its way. I take it with sepia and it seems to help with my mood as well. It's always a bit surprising when these little homeopathic pills actually make a difference. I'm not talking about major league cramps - but this stuff works for me and that "here it comes" kind of feeling.
