Taste is horrendous
I usually like Hyland's products, and I have tried many of their products, but this PMS one is just atrocious. They really did not help with the pain all that much. I still had to take regular medicine to dull the pain. I didn't work for me but that doesn't mean it won't work for someone else. Everybody is different and responds to medicine differently.

Tastes nasty
I usually love Hylands but this product taste nasty and it was hard to talk myself into taking another dose. Also, little effect on PMS suffering compared to the torture of tasting them. I don't recommend this product.
