Did Not Do Much For Me Unfortunately, this product did not work for me. The only thing I noticed was a very slight reduction in some of the most early-stage cramps. It made no difference at all once the cramps set in fully. I did not notice a change in other PMS symptoms either. I tried this each month for four months, so I believe I gave it enough evaluation time. March 10, 2008
