"I don't know if this really works well or if I feel better because I expect a boost from it and it's mental. I take it before my morning workouts when it's hard to get up and get going. I think it does provide an extra boost without giving you a surge and then a dip in energy later."

For all day energy and to reduce fatigue, take 2 tablets, once or twice per day, always with a full glass of water and preferably on an empty stomach. For maximum energy, take 3 to 4 tablets 30 minutes before exercise or physical activity. Do not exceed 4 tablets in any 8 hour period.
