Convenient, tastes decent enough if you mix it with a little water. Easy way to get your protein every day!

Great lil protein vials
I love these. Easy to take. Tastes like a jello shot:) I usually open and take a lil sip and add a scoop of creatine and a lil water and shake...it's a great after workout punch.
