Love these Parchement Baking Cups
Parchment liners are unbleached and not coated with teflon or nasty chemicals. I use cupcake liners because baked goods are much EASIER to remove from pan than baking without. No crumbling, and more convenient to handle and serve. No need to oil/grease cupcake pan when using pan liner cups. The end result; intact individual servings without the taste of pan lubricant or metallic pan. My only minor complaint is that the baking cup liners are described as LARGE, and they are not. They are standard size baking cups. So, "If You Care", I hope you are reading, and in addition to your standard size, please make a Large Cup with more depth for baking large muffins......
