Decent value and quality
I previously used another brand of Seriphos. This one works but not quite as well as the other one. It is still a good value.

Great product!
It was recommended to me by my doctor to help me sleep. It surely works! And this brand of Phosphatidyl Serine is less expensive than many others. Plus, I like the fact that it is capsules and not tablets.

Excellent product
I have been using this product for several years on the advice of my naturopath. It helps me be able to think clearly without having a foggy head. I can concentrate for long periods of time. I can definitely tell a difference in my ability to concentrate and perform mental tasks since I have been using the product. It does take several weeks before you notice a difference.
