I'm a trainer and group exercise instructor so I know that cla takes time to work. I am almost finished the bottle, taking 3 a day, I have seen minimal results with a clean diet and plenty of exercise. Not sure if I want to "give it time" by buying another bottle. Probably not.

Love it
I take it with fish oil and it is great!! 3 times a day after a meal.

Surprising...
The nice lady at the health food store told me that it would work over about 3 months. But i am already seeing results. I dont get to exercise much but im eating right and in about a month.. im thrilled with the results because im not "fat" in so many words.. im just young with 2 kids already so its been harder to get back to where i was but this stuff is amazing
