Low quality creatine After 1 month of using, I don't get much results from it. Power is too thick. When mixed with protein, you can taste bits of undissolved creatine in the protein shake. January 2, 2013

Good Stuff what's not to like? its cheap. it has a good amount of servings. it mixes well with protein powders and juices. for the most part it does not change the taste of what you are mixing it with.... the few times i have noticed a change after mixing, the taste was nothing extreme/bad/ or unbearable. Also, this product has never given ME (key word) diarrhea, cramps, or gas. Not that it matters... but i'm also an R.D. I DO recommend this product. April 28, 2009

Directions for loading phase: One (1) heaping teaspoon (5g) mixed with one (1) cup (6-8 fl. oz.) (178-237 mL) of non-citrus juice or water four (4) times daily for five (5) days on an empty stomach.

Directions for maintenance use: One (1) heaping teaspoon (5g) mixed with one (1) cup (6-8 fl. oz.) (178-237 mL) of non-citrus juice or water one-half (1/2) hour before workout, or one (1) serving daily on an empty stomach.

For optimum results pre workout: One (5g) serving (one heaping teaspoon) of Iron-Tek™ Essential Glutamine Powder mixed as directed and/or one (1) serving of Iron-Tek™ Essential Protein 100% Pure Whey mixed as directed.
