It's good but it's gritty
I've used this for years, because it was what was available. In the past few years, it has been gritty, with a residue of fine sand-like grit in my mouth and in my teeth.
I ordered Jarrow to try it, and it has no grit. So, although this is a tiny bit cheaper than the Jarrow, I will now buy the Jarrow all the time.
