should be original formula My brother and my dad and I have been using this product for over 3 years now. We buy 6 to 7 of the biggest containers of the vanilla cake evey year. The original formula was far tastier and it mixed a lot better. when they changed it to "new and improved" i believe they made the product worse. It does not taste as good and it does not mix well at all. Iron Tek should go back to the original formula. I agree with the other person saying this formula is not as good. September 27, 2010

Formula has changed This was a great product until about a year ago, when the formula was changed. The nutrition label on this site has not been updated, but when I last ordered this, I noticed that the taste was different. A look at the label showed changes, including that the sugars have jumped from 3g to 7g. The up-to-date label is on the Iron Tek site. August 8, 2010

My Favorite Protein! I love this brand. I have a chocolate fudge protein shake every morning mixed with ff milk and frozen strawberries. The cookies n cream flavor tastes like a sweet homemade vanilla ice cream. The vanilla cake and strawberry flavors are ok, but the chocolate is the best! I love that it is all natural! Recommended Use: Iron-Tek® Essential Natural 100% Protein is designed to be taken two (2) to three (3) times daily. Iron-Tek® Essential Natural 100% Protein is especially beneficial when taken immediately after a workout. Iron-Tek® Essential Natural 100% Protein can be taken by adults to supplement dietary protein as needed.

Directions For Use: Using scoop provided, add one (1) scoop (29 g) (1 oz.) to one (1) cup (6-8 fl. oz.) (178-237 mL) or more of either cold water or your favorite cold beverage. Stir briskly until dissolved for a tasty chocolate protein shake. For a creamier shake, use a blender and add ice. You may also try adding your favorite fruit.
