As a dietary supplement, consume 1 (one) tablespoon (15mL) (0.5 fl. oz.) daily on an empty stomach. Essential Liquid Carnitine 1000 can also be taken 30 minutes before training or as directed by a health care professional. Do not exceed recommended dose.
