This product is a must for the winter season. I have taken immuno-shield for the last three fall/winter seasons and have thwarted off illness time and again. When I have been exposed to others who have been sick, or feel a "cold" starting, I will take the maximum dose recommended for several days and I have avoided getting sick. I belive this product is the best by far for keeping my family healthy. We take this once a day durring the school year for all around health. When someone actully catches a cold, a rare occurance when taking the Innuno-Shield, the colds don't last as long or they are not as hard to deal with. This is a large size pill to take so it is not for little ones who can't swallow. As soon as they are old enough(your call), move them over to this. When a flu is being dealth with, we take 2-4 a day to help kick it out of our systems with no problems. We find this to be our favorite cold and flu fighter! August 26, 2012
