easy to get to sleep I have loved this productt for over 2 years. While it is pricey in the health food stores, this is not the case when ordering from Vitacost. I take this product 30 minutes before bed and I always fall asleep soundly. I sleep through the night. I also like the rest of Irwin Naturals vitamins. February 17, 2013

Wonder pill..... This is a great product. It takes about 2 days to become fully effective, but it starts working the first day. I have not slept so well. I wake up refreshed, rested and don't have any type of "hangover" feeling. I have shared with 2 girlfriends and they too are now lovers of the product. Will definitely be using this one.
