LOVE THIS PRODUCT!! I definitely feel a difference after taking these and have recommended to many people!! I love that it gives a boost of energy but doesn't have the jitters that you can sometimes get from caffeinated products. I usually take these on days that I need an extra kick or on my days I pull a double. I take two in the morning and two in the afternoon (the serving size is four) and it gets me through my day without any dragging. No Boost for me I just cannot feel any type of energy boost at all. The ingredients are good and they have health benefits but as an energy booster, it does not deliver. July 18, 2012
