Works Good
I wanted to give this a five star but can't. We have really hard rust water here, and if I let it go for even a week between cleanings using this, I have rust build up that this product won't remove. It does work well at cleaning all other dirt and nastiness out of the toilet though, and if someone had soft water, I can see it working incredibly well for them. It is really worth using because there are no toxic chemical fumes to breathe in, and it's a much nicer and more natural option all of the way around.

Works well and smells good
I was looking for a product that did not smell strongly of chemicals, but did the job as well as those that do, and this is it.

Nicely Scented Cleaner
This is the first time I've used this product. The lemon scent is particularly pleasant. I've found with the hard water here, that it is necssary to use the product a little more frequently than with other products. In my opinion it's well worth it, since there are no strong chemical fumes in my windowless bathroom -- much more healthy!!

Gets the iron out!
My well water is awful and my brand new white toilets were getting terrible iron stains in them. Nothing worked until someone recommended Watkins to me. I was skeptical at first since it is a natural cleaner, but it not only removed the stains, but the bowls are staying white! Since I have my own septic too, it is worth paying the extra $ for the natural cleaner.
