Great Product
I randomly stumbled upon information about taking this supplement in a magazine. I am a 28 year old female, and a vegetarian. I have paired this with L-glutamine and WOW what a difference it has made. Along with my normal workout, I've been taking it about a week now and already lost 6 lbs, but I have so much more energy. I'm not even heavy, just want to slim down about 10lbs and tone more-well on my way now!I am not craving sugar (probably from the L-glutamine) and I feel so good I can work 12 hour days and then still WANT to go to the gym and workout. I have been taking 500 mg a day., thinking about increasing to 1000 mg. Pills are a little large but I would definitely recommend this product.

Acetyl L Carnitine 500
I got this by accident instead of l carnitine and noticed my mood was better. I believe it's a good brain food. I've tried 3 brands and they are all good.

Seems to work
I take 2 about 30 minutes before my workout. I am taking other supplements too, but I seem to sweat like crazy during my workout. Havent been on them long enough to say if I have seen significant physical changes.

great antioxidant
I started taking this product 5 years ago for antioxidant and immune system support and it has been great in keeping my Carnitine levels in the proper range. Before I started bodybuiding I took 2 per day, now that I work out 6 days per week, I had to increase to 4 per day to replace what was lost during workouts.
