Excellent B-complex Excellent B-complex with active forms of many of the B vitamins that would support the methylation cycle for those who might have difficulty converting enough of the B Vitamins to their active forms. Methyl form of B-12, P5P (active form of B-6), pantethine in addition to B5, and now with methyl folate (MTHF). Excellent product, excellent price! March 22, 2013

Good product This product has all the right ingredients of the B complex. My complaint with Jarrow Formulas is their use of Titanium Dioxide in the capsule. Not necessary. Otherwise, I like the formula. January 17, 2013

Good balance of the B complex I started taking B vitamins for splitting nails, which of course, indicates a health issue more serious than cosmetic. Jarrow Formula has a large amount of B-12, which is valuable for its contribution to energy. December 14, 2012

Phenomenal Vitamin B Supplement Jarrow's has done an incredible job in creating a full-spectrum Vitamin B supplement. For this price, you can't be unsatisfied. It's one of the best B supplements around for an incredible deal. I like the fact that it's contained in vegetarian capsules, and uses Methylcobalamin as the active form of B-12, which has been proven to be more effective than it's cheaper form. (Cyanocobalamin) The titanium dioxide is the only issue I have with this supplement, although it's relatively benign when ingested. Hopefully they'll improve the product by removing that. Until then, I will keep supporting their company! :-) December 9, 2012

B-Right is low-odor because the choline bitartrate is micro-encapsulated in cellulose beadlets. B-Right is the pleasant-to-take B-Complex

Methyl folate ((6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid or (6S)-5-MTHF) is the most biologically active form of folic acid. Quatrefolic® is the 4th generation development in folate delivery.

Methylcobalamin is better absorbed, retained and utilized than other forms of B12. Methylcobalamin and niacinamide protect brain and nerve tissue.

Pantethine is a derivative of vitamin B5 and is a precursor to Coenzyme A (CoA), which is involved in oxidative metabolism.

Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate (P-5-P) is the coenzyme form of vitamin B6 and is necessary for the metabolism of proteins and amino acids.

Warnings

This product contains vitamins B3 (niacin), which may cause a "niacin flush", especially when taken on an empty stomach. Symptoms are transient - typically lasting for approximately one-half hour - and may include burning, tingling, and itching sensations along with reddening of the skin. In some cases, dizziness and/or shortness of breath may occur. If a severe reaction occurs, drink plenty of water and discontinue use.
