Great value I started buying this when MAcroforce was backordered. It works just as well, and is a little less expensive. My husband and I take it regularly, and my daughter takes half a cap regularly. (I open the capsule and mix it with yogurt). We get sick a lot less frequently since we started taking this. My daughter's first missed day of school this year was in April-- which is unheard of for her! May 24, 2010
