Purchased after reading an article in Women's World on how much this would increase your memory. I have used it for a month with no differences. Wish I had not bought a 4 month supply!

Not sure if it is doing anything - I take 1 250 mg capsule in AM and PM - I might be a bit sharper but nothing dramatic enough for me to notice - still don't know where I leave my keys and glasses.

I think this is making me feel calm and content.
I started taking this CDP choline supplement to improve my short term memory. I take one in the morning, and only a couple of days per week. I've noticed that I feel much calmer (less irritable) and I feel happy when I take this. It's not a manic happiness, just a calm content. The feeling lasts for a few hours. I'm not sure if this has helped my memory but I will keep taking it just to feel calmer and happier.

Jarrow Formulas Citicoline
I had memory loss due to over use of Aspartame. I have been taking Citicoline with great results. My memory has since recovered while using this product. I will continue to take it on a daily basis.

Seems to be a good product
Citicoline is the best mental booster that I've found yet. I've tried many others. I only gave it 4 stars because I have not compared it to other brands, so I have no standard. This product is very much worth trying. I take one in the morning and one in the afternoon. You will certainly notice a positive metal responce.
