This product is great and it is pure for anyone with allergies or perfume sensitivities. You can use it to cook, for your skin or your hair (although I would not use the same jar for cooking and skin care). If you have a problem with excess dry skin a little of this after a shower relieves itchiness, and is not as greasy as one would expect. I use it to massage into my hair and scalp, which makes my hair shiny. I leave it overnight then wash it in the morning. I saw this same product at a health food store for 3 times the price! Will purchase again.

Yarrow Coconut Oil
I find it works well to cook eggs, potatoes, to grille sandwiches i. It is nongreasy with a pleasant flavor, allows food to slip easily from the pan. Understand this is a solid oil, best to refrigerate after opening, a small amount goes a long way.

Quality product
Have found this of excellent quality as I normally do with Jarrow Formulas. Coconut is pleasant and easy to use in cooking and for use with the skin and hair. I often use it my morning shake.Some of have used it for part of toothpaste recipe. Vits cost has consistent good pricing and value.

Not that fragrant
I just purchased this and was disappointed as it is not that fragrant. I then bought Garden of Life's (GL) extra virgin coconut oil, which I just opened.
The GL is fragrant, has a better texture, and comes in a glass container.
This Jarrow one is okay, but if you want better quality (and a higher price), go with GL's

No coconut taste
I was looking for a coconut oil that had a neutral taste and heard that I needed expeller pressed. I have since used this for everything from baking, sauteeing, eggs, etc... so good!
