"I've read there is only one oil that is stable enough to withstand the heat of cooking, and that's coconut oil. I use this product for all fried/sauted foods (eggs, onions, etc.) The flavor is not overly strong and is delicious."

"Great taste! I use it in place of other oils. Also use it as a moisturizer. Works well in my baked goods and melted over popcorn. If you like coconut then this is the product for you. As a side note: no stretch marks during pregnancy and I had a Lg. child, I can't help but think using this as a cream may have had something to do with that, just saying."

"This is my first time using coconut oil. I bought it for myself to use on my skin and hair. I had to order a new jar because my daughter kept steeling it from me. She was able to get a 6 month old scar on her arm nearly dissapear after 2 weeks. Love it."
