The taste in your mouth is sweet, not fishy, when you swallow the pills. I take 3 in the morning and 3 at night and I honestly think it helps with my mood and my skin. I always have these home! Good, Economical Fish Oil supplement This is a Good Product. It gives you Double the Milligrams/Serving @ the Lowest Price of other Fish Oil Supplements offered on Vitacost.
