Excellent protein source for me... Guidelines on product's container clarify how much to use in 24 hrs. That info's helped me, being somewhat sensitive to naturally occurring ingredients. Flavor's a bit bland so has various uses. My preference is in milk - adding vanilla, a little honey - put into a jar w/lid then shaking until blended. I especially like that it's me flavoring it, sweetening it, so I actually know what's in it. May 16, 2008

Best Protein Powder on the Market I have tried many unflavored protein powders and this is my favorite. It dissolved well in any liguid, doesn't leave floating surprises, and doesn't seem gritty when swallowed. This price is fantastic, too. I paid twice as much for this at my local food co-op. Jarrow FORMULAS Iso-Rich Soy contains water-extracted, non-GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms) soy protein isolate.

Consistent isoflavone level. Each serving guarantees a minimum of 56 mg of naturally occurring isoflavones, consisting of genistin/genistein, daidzin/daidzein and glycitin/glycitein. The isoflavone level in Iso-Rich Soy reflects the daily dietary intake of isoflavones in Asian countries such as Japan.
Water extraction of soy protein preserves naturally occurring isoflavones, saponins and IP6 (Inositol Hexaphosphate).

Mix 2 rounded tablespoons of powder with 6 - 8 oz. fruit juice, milk, or your favorite beverage, or you may:

Blend powder with liquid, ice and fruits for smoothies
Mix into cold or cooked cereals
