I have always liked Jarrow products. However, it would have been helpful to know about the allergens this particular formula contains. I have a severe Bovine allergy, and this formula contains cow based milk derivatives, so I was unable to use, and had to pass along to a friend.

Can't tell any difference
I have taken 2 capsuls each morning with a full glass of water for over 2 weeks and do not notice any difference.

Works for bloating
My gastroenterologist recommended FOS after eating fruit and carbs in order to combat the severe bloating I started to experience only this year after eating these foods. He said this is not uncommon in middle age. I saw the effectiveness of the FOS the first time I took it. I like this combination of probiotics and FOS, and since taking it regularly the bloating is almost completely gone.
