"I have always liked Jarrow products. However, it would have been helpful to know about the allergens this particular formula contains. I have a severe Bovine allergy, and this formula contains cow based milk derivatives, so I was unable to use, and had to pass along to a friend."

"My gastroenterologist recommended FOS after eating fruit and carbs in order to combat the severe bloating I started to experience only this year after eating these foods.
