Not 100% Krill Oil
I bought this product thinking it was 100% Krill Oil. When I recieved the bottle it said it contains anchovy, sardine, mackerel, krill and soy. I wrote to Jarrow and they told me that it contains 70% Krill and the rest is fish body oil. Why does the supplement facts label on this website not the same as on the bottle? Very dissapointing!

Good Stuff
I had heard Krill Oil was better than normal fish oil from Dr. Oz. He was right. There are no fishy burps, the pills are smaller and the effects are noticable.

I have alternated between Jarrow formula and NKO, and find both to be very similar in contents, however NKO is the one the studies have been done on. Never the less, either of these products are excellent if you are looking at overall health, and lipid and immune factors, in my opinion. If NSI ever makes a Krill Oil I will probably switch to them.

A must have!!!
After struggling to stomach cod liver oil, I decided to switch to krill oil. I must say that I am so glad I made the switch as krill oil does not upset my stomach the way cod liver oil did. I have also seen huge improvements in my mood since starting this product. One thing to note is that the pills have a fishy smell; so as long as you don't inhale from the bottle, you'll be fine.
