I heard this is supposed to generate cellular repairs and I don't know if it is working but I figured at my age I need all the help I can get and Jarrow makes one of the purest products out there. August 19, 2012

Booster I would run down, like a watch on a 5 hours cycle. When L-Carnosine arrived I was ready for a nap. I took it and laid down, but instead of a 2 our nap about 30 minutes later I was raring to go. I've taken it every day since and the results is Go every day. I don't need my 2 hour naps to continue in the afternoon. It works for me. September 7, 2007

Supports Cellular Rejuvenation

L-Carnosine is a dipeptide that is found in the brain, heart, skin, muscles, kidneys and stomach. L-Carnosine supports healthy aging and cellular rejuvenation by its effects on two mechanisms: Glycation and Free Radical Damage. Glycation is the uncontrolled crosslinking of sugar molecules to proteins and is implicated in loss of cell function, genome integrity and accelerated aging. L-Carnosine supports brain function by reducing lipid peroxidation and stabilizing cell membranes during the aging process.
