Great product! I am very happy with my purchase. Although I try and eat foods that will have vitamin K, I feel better supplementing on occasion to assure my body is getting what it needs. This along with vitamin D and magnesium make a great health combo. I do wish the bottles were bigger, however, as my family of three goes through the bottle quickly. January 19, 2013

MK-7 (Menaquinone-7) is an enhanced bioactive form of vitamin K2 from Natto that is ten times better absorbed than K1 from spinach. MK-7 is responsible for the carboxylation of specific bone proteins needed for building bone. Also, MK-7 promotes cardiovascular health by helping to maintain arterial elasticity.
