easy to take Well to get the amount you need the powder sure beats the horse size pills that get hung in your throat... Not good tasting at all... but if it works; it only takes a second or two and it is over with... July 5, 2012

Contains silicon dioxide I hadn't noticed when I purchased it but this product contains silicon dioxide. Personally I prefer a pure MSM. I'm not noticing any tangible improvement in my skin, nails or hair. However as a product it seems very straight forward, no taste and comes with a handy measuring spoon. June 30, 2012

Good stuff1 I really love this when used with the shen min...It give great results. It does seem as if I have gained quite a few pounds since using this product but I don't if this was the cause so I would say GO FOR IT! Great product... April 17, 2010

Jarrow FORMULAS MSM Sulfur is an organic source of bioavailable sulfur, an antioxidant mineral found in major structural molecules of the body such as cartilage. The sulfur from MSM is used to produce glycosaminoglycans (or mucopolysaccharides) such as chondroitin sulfate and hyaluronic acid.
