Haven't felt any difference These are ok, small capsules easy to take. Was taking these for energy and to help with 'brain fog', but I haven't noticed any difference yet. Will continue to take June 24, 2009
Quality of the soft gels were poor. Capsules had a strong odor and stuck together. Suggest contacting the soft gel manufacturer for improved quality. May 15, 2008
