Outstanding product!
We began taking tocotrienols several years ago on the advice of a nutrition expert. We have taken them religiously since with the highest-fat meal of the day, which usually means dinner. The gelcaps are very small and easy-to-swallow. I like it that they are red, so I can tell them apart from other gelcaps the same size. I can also recommend the Vitacost brand, Tocomin SupraBio, which is essentially the same formulation, and possibly less expensive.

Great product
I have been using this for awhile now and have found it to be very effective. Have to be sure and take it with a good fat like extra virgin olive oil.

JUST OK
I like toco's very much and take them every day. I usually buy the vita cost brsnd, but they were out of stock so I bought these. I really feel Vita Cost's are much better. Go with Vita Cost;s.

Great Product!
I have sensitivities to gluten and dairy, and so even if a product *says* it is free of such ingredients, I'm never completely sold until I've tried it for a while. This is one of those products that I've been not only satisfied with for food sensitivities, but also for the way I feel. When I stopped taking it for a while, perhaps it was a coincidence, but I swear I didn't feel as good. And I've tried other reputable brands (even a dry rice bran form).

best purchase ever
Easy to swallow, maybe a little to strong for me. My hair is getting thicker, my muscle is getting strong and hard. The increase in mental function and drive is far better than i had hoped for, my body can not keep up with my mind yet, but i am trying. Have been taking 10-12 weeks so far. Best Wishes.
