Overall well-being I take this product because it was recommended as an over-all, feel good "elixer" (for want of a better word). As a female nearing my 70's, bodily functions and outward appearances are just not what they once were. Best form of CoQ10 I've been taking this product for a couple of years now and love it. With Jarrow products you can't go wrong. I like that they offer 200mg gel tabs also, so I don't have to double up on 100s. Ubiquinol being readily available for absorption is why I choose this over regular CoQ10. Now that I am on Statin, this becomes even more important. Great product for the price and Jarrow is one of the best. March 12, 2013
