"It works great, but I would like it better if it had safer ingredients & was rated higher for safety on EWG Skin Deep. It works way better than Avalon Organics shampoo, which left a dull film on my hair. Avalon was rated higher for ingredient safety though. I am trying to go poo free now, but I keep a bottle of this around because it is the safest stuff that we can afford, that doesn't leave a dull residue."

Gently massage shampoo into wet hair and scalp. Rinse and repeat, if desired.
