My 15 year old son is very sensitive to dairy products, so whey protein is out for him. And boys and soy is not a good thing. He prefers the strawberry flavor, but we've had vanilla and chocolate as well, and all three are good. It is even better in the blender with ice and a banana. This is a good product that I would definitely recommend for anyone who was looking for a good quality protein, but had to avoid dairy.
