Excellent product for a fast high-protein shake
Jay Robb egg white protein powder, unflavored, is my choice to start the day. The unflavored kind was the only protein powder that had no added sugar. It can be sweetened naturally by adding banana and/or frozen cherries. We have it every morning with the previous ingredients plus fresh baby spinach and goat milk. It can be a fast high protein breakfast if one is working or just by preference. After a web-search, we found that Vitacost has the best prices.

I like the calorie and protein count on this powder, however, it doesn't mix well in my shaker cup.

a quality product
With Jay Robb you know you are getting quality. I switched from unflavored whey to unfl. egg when I became intolerant to dairy. The taste is not as good; however, I find the stevia products too sweet. I buy a bag unfl. and a bag flav. of whey for my son and mix the two for his smoothies. For me I take a scoop of just the unfl. egg and put it with 1. c. coconut milk, 2 c. water, 2 c. baby spinach, 2 tbsp. flaxseed ground, 1 tbsp. chia seeds, 1 c. wild blueberries, 1 c. raspberries or cherries and run it through my blendtec twice on smoothie setting. It is fantastic and is my pre-exercise a.m. meal then post exercise meal, I divide it in 1/2. And gives me veggies, seeds, fiber, fruit and satisfaction.
